Crowd gathered in Tusu Mela and Jhumar Sangeet


Ichagarh: Virat Tusu Mela, Jhumar Sangeet and cock Fighting were organized on Monday at Viplabi Kishore Sangh Kuda Tiruldih Ground in Kukdu block area of Saraikela Kharsawan district. Thousands of people gathered at the fair. Bjp Yuva Morcha state working committee member Vinod Rai and former Zila Parishad vice-president Ashok Sao also enthralled the audience with their performances.  At the same time, it was announced to hold a fair every year from the stage. At the same time, the best tusus were rewarded by the Mela Committee. The first prize was rs 10,000, the second prize was Rs 7,000 and the third and fourth prizes were given rs 5,000 each. Bjp Yuva Morcha state working committee member Vinod Rai, who was the chief guest, said, "In this race for modernity, we are forgetting the culture of our heritage. He said that culture is our identity and everyone needs to come forward to preserve it. On this occasion, former Zila Parishad Vice President Ashok Sao, student leader Vikas Thakur, Mukhiya Rambalak Singh Munda and many others addressed the gathering.
