The budget session of the country is starting from today. The government will present the economic survey to the parliament on this day. Tomorrow Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget for the financial year 2023-24. Earlier, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) released its global economic growth forecast for 2023-24. The IMF has forecast a growth rate of 6.1 percent for India in the financial year 2023-24. According to the IMF, India will retain its fast growing economy status. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is excited about this before the start of the budget session. "I am getting a positive message from the IMF, good news for India from the world, there is a glimmer of hope for India,"the Prime Minister told reporters before the start of the session.
Before the start of the session, the song of women's power can also be heard in Modi's mouth. The budget session of the Parliament is starting from today, on this day President Draupadi Murmu will give his first speech in the joint session of both houses. The Prime Minister added, "BJP government's first goal and focal point is India, citizens first. Also there will be debates in the budget session. Friends of the opposition will present their speeches in Parliament with preparation. The policy committee will deliberate and the House will take a decision."
